![]() I tried working out too soon after surgery. I like to throw a few insanity into my workouts, but not everyday. Insanity was to rough on my knees, and I was never able to finish the program. But you can modify some of the movements to help with knee issues tho. I wrecked my knee on it and never started back up. finished week 2 of t25 - my left knee is giving me a bit of problems now. ![]() I’ve tried doing this workout twice before. There are some tricky moves, even with modifying, but I’m sure I’ll master them in time. There’s a set of exercises, then stretches. I have to admit, this may be my favorite workout. Every day, I’m just a bit closer to living my dream. At the beach, it’s under a tank top and a sarong. Good news, I used my muscles! Or maybe these are just growing pains, the beginnings of muscles because I promise you, under this layer of insulation, there is one fine set of muscles hiding out, just waiting for the right time to make an appearance. Even though I felt pretty good after completing the workout, I woke up feeling stiff.
